1. What is 'made on order’ and why is it important?

Sustainability is the core of our operations as we try to minimize and avoid waste. With our made on order approach, we only make clothing and products in styles and sizes on demand which allows us to avoid waste. 

By choosing a made on order item, you contribute to our sustainable approach for the benefit of people and for the planet.

2. When will my 'made on order' item be ready?

Items on made to order are ready within 20 working days from day of confirmation of order.

3. When will my 'made on order' item be delivered?

As soon as your item is ready to be shipped you will be notified with an estimated delivery date. Delivery within 3-5 working days within in Mauritius, 7-10 working days for international delivery by DHL Express.

4. When do I have to pay?

Made on order items require full payment at checkout.

5. Can I change my shipping address after I have ordered.

Yes, Go to your Wax and Looms account, if you have already signed up to change your address. You can also email us at contact@waxandlooms.com

6. Are made on order items refundable?

Yes, if it meets the terms and condition of our return policy.

7. Will my made on order items be shipped with other orders?

No, they will be shipped separately unless otherwise indicated in your order. You can send specific instructions during the check out of your order.
